English Toffee

2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 T. water

Directions:
Let it “burn” in pan. (It has to “burn” just right. Let it start to "burn." It will turn a nice caramel brown color.) Pour onto cookie sheet. Put chocolate chips on top, let them melt then spread them. Cool till it hardens. Break and eat!
