3 c. flour

c. brown sugar
4 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. salt
2 eggs
2½ c. milk
1 c. canned pumpkin
4 T. vegetable oil
Directions:
In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together. In a separate bowl combine egg, milk, oil and pumpkin. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until smooth. Do Not over mix. Cook in a well-greased waffle iron.
