Mini Chocolate Chip Cheeseball

8 oz. regular cream cheese softened

½ c. butter softened (no substitutes)

¼ t. vanilla

¾ c. powdered sugar

2 T. packed brown sugar

¾ c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars. Beat just until combined. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Wrap mixture in plastic wrap and form a ball. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This is the dip still in the bowl, not rolled up into a firm ball.
