½ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
2 T. flour
½ t. ground cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
1 c. water
Mix sugars, flour cinnamon together in a saucepan. Then add the water and vanilla. (If you don’t do it this way the flour and cinnamon don’t dissolve well into the water). Bring to a rolling boil, stirring often. Continue to stir and boil till thickens to syrup consistency. Remove from heat and cool for 10 min.
