1 c. hot water
¼ cube butter
2 c. sugar
4 c. instant non-fat dry milk
Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until it’s smooth.
How to use:
Use this in any recipe that calls for condensed milk.
1⅓ cups = 1 can of milk.
Servings:
Makes almost a quart.
