Flaky Pie Crust

2 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 c. shortening
6 T. cold water

Directions:
Mix the flour and salt together. Cut the shortening into the flour mixture. Add the cold water and stir lightly. Dived the dough in half and roll each half out for a 10" double pie crust.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
