Hawaiian Chicken

3 lb. chicken breast, boned, skinned and halved
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 T. corn starch
3 T. brown sugar, packed
2 T. lemon juice
¼ t. salt
¼ t. ground ginger

Directions:
In a Crock-Pot combine all of the ingredients together, except for the chicken. Stir it together well. Add the chicken and stir it well coating the all of the chicken. Cover it and cook it on low for 6 - 8 hours, or on high for 3 hours.

Servings:
Makes 4
