Mayonnaise

3 eggs 5 T. vinegar 1 ½ t. mustard 1 ½ t. salt 1 c. oil
Directions: Blend all ingredients, except the oil, in electric blender. While blending slowly add the oil. Blend until it’s thick and creamy.
