1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 t. sugar
2 t. mustard
1 T. vinegar
1 t. salt
¾ c. katsup
hamburger buns
Directions:
Brown the ground beef. Add the onions and green peppers and sauté it. Then add the sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt and katsup and it simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
