Cookie Ingredients:
1 cake mix, preferably chocolate
¾ c. shortening
2 eggs
Cookie Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together. The dough will be sticky. Form the dough into small balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake at 350° for 5 - 8 minutes.
Frosting Ingredients:
½ (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
½ cube butter, softened
½ t. vanilla
½ lb. powdered sugar
Frosting Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Assembly Directions:
Frost the half of the cookies and top with another half to make “Oreo-looking” cookies.
