16 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
½ t. garlic salt
6 oz. ham, cubed
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together and pour the mixture into a greased 9″ x 13″ cake pan.
Bake at 325° for 40 - 45 minutes.
Note:
This is good topped with salsa, sour cream, chopped olives and bacon bits.
