Salad Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 pkg. ramen noodles, broken
8 oz. almonds, sliced and toasted
Dressing Ingredients:
1 pkg. ramen seasoning
1 t. salt
3 T. sugar
2 T. sesame seed, toasted
½ c. oil
3 T. rice vinegar
dash pepper
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients together. In a separate bowl mix all the dressing ingredients together. To serve, pour the dressing over the salad mixture.
