1¾ c. flour
1 T. baking powder
½ t. salt
1¾ c. milk
½ c. oil
2 eggs
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate smaller bowl mix together the milk, oil and eggs. Mix the wet mixture in with the dry mixture. Cook in a waffle iron.
Servings:
Makes 3 - 9″ waffles
