4 c. chopped apples, raw
2 c. sugar; pour over apples and let stand until juicy
Add:
2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
½ t. salt
2 eggs
1 c. raisins (simmer in water for a few minutes to plump)
Directions:
Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
