12 oz. white chocolate (I use Ghirardelli)
1 t. peppermint extract
½ c. crushed peppermint candy canes
Directions:
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave according the manufacturer’s instructions. Add in the peppermint extract and crushed candy canes and quickly stir it. Pour it onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet. Let it cool for 30 minutes and then break it into pieces.
