1 (12 oz). pkg. chocolate chips
3 T. butter
¾ c. sugar
1 egg
1½ t. vanilla
1 T. of milk
½ c. flour
¼ t. baking powder
½ t. salt
1 c. nuts (your choice/optional)
Directions:
Melt half of the chocolate chips (6 oz.) and set aside to cool. In a bowl, stir together the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Then add the cooled melted chocolate chips and the milk. Add all remaining ingredients. The batter is very gooey and sticky.
Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.Note:
These cookies have a tendency to stick to the cookie sheet. I have noticed that dark cookie sheets help. If you have parchment paper try that too.
