Uncooked Fluffy Frosting

1 c. sugar                                           
¼ t. cream of tartar                          
1 cold egg white
½ c. boiling water

Directions:
Mix sugar, cream of tarter, and egg white. Then add the boiling water, and beat like mad until holds in peaks.
